How to setup automatic backups for your server

This tutorial requires you to have paid for the automatic backup option for your server.

Important to know:

You can run 1 backup each 24 hours with a maximum of 3 backups. If you reached the backup limit, a new backup will override the oldest backup.

Setup your automatic backups:

Go to your control panel.
Click on Backups.

Click on Schedule.

Choose the time you want to run your backup and press Update.

We recommend to run your backup at night times. The timezone you have set during the initial setup of your server will be used. In this example it's UTC

The backup page will now show the time your next backup will run.

We recommend to check the status of the backup the next day. If it failed please open a support ticket.
