How to connect to your Linux server
Download a tool called: Putty (download)
Open Putty
In the text field under Host Name (or IP address), you enter the IP address of your server
Click on Open

If you get an Putty Secruty Alert, you can accept it

Enter the username (root)
Enter the password (You can't see yourself typing the password). To to copy/paste the password, copy the password and click with your right mouse button inside the Putty application.

Hit the enter key
If the username and password are accepted you now will see a welcome screen.
